Antojo Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Antojo. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Antojo is run by Antoni Borrell Tatche, Calle Bravo Murillo 60, 28003 Madrid, Spain. Contact: ton@bonic.app.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Antojo. Keep your account to yourself, and pick a name and username that don't pretend to be someone else.

Your content

Your rankings, notes and photos stay yours. You let us store and show them to other Antojo users so the app can work. This permission ends when you delete them or your account. Only post photos you took or have the right to share.

No tolerance for abuse

You may not post or send content that is:

• hateful, harassing, threatening or bullying
• sexual, violent or otherwise offensive
• illegal, or that breaks someone else's rights, such as their privacy or copyright
• spam, advertising, or fake reviews of a place you own or work for

You can report any user or ranking and block any user from the app. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or delete the account that posted it, without notice.

Place information

Place names, addresses and details come from Apple Maps and Google and may be wrong or out of date. Scores and suggestions are opinions of Antojo users, not ours.

The service

Antojo is free and provided as it is. We may change or stop parts of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Me > Settings > Delete account.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. Spanish law applies.
